What a fun way to source your employees: Tell the pool of talent that the best don’t get caught, they get hired. I guess that’s how anti-virus and hacking software corporations roll. The idea is to encourage people with swift fingers at hacking and destroying to join the good side and work for Bitdefender. The humorous print ads by Publicis, Bucharest feature black and white shots of fingers going through different stages of being booked: being handcuffed, having their mugshot taken and standing in a line of suspects.
