20 Biodegradable Innovations to Make Composting Cool

“Biodegradable” and “compostable” are two words popping up all over environmentally-friendly merchandise in an attempt to appeal to those concerned with the wellness of our planet. When people think of sustainable innovations, their thoughts either go in one of two directions. Either images are conjured up of high-tech solar and wind power electronics and green ultra-luxury architecture in Dubai or they think of shower-skipping, hemp-loving hippies. There is a whole level in between that is much more accessible to every day people who want to green their lives and reduce their carbon footprints. The following innovations are biodegradable and much more gentle on the environment than their non-decomposing counterparts.
