Microsoft is launching a new campaign called 'Bing is for Doing,' which will be kicked off with an inspirational commercial featuring American snowboarder Kevin Pearce.
The Bing is for Doing campaign, created by Razorfish, focuses on the gerund form ("ing") of verbs such as "living," "falling" and "healing." Microsoft has used words like these in its first commercial for the campaign to showcase the tragic story of aspiring Olympic snowboarder Pearce, who suffered from a terrible accident. According to the Bing blog, a story like this "inspires Bing to 'do' more."
The video spots for the Bing is for Doing campaign will all feature sports athletes and the first spot with Kevin Pearce will air during the NFC championship game this Sunday, says Popsop.
