The Pizza Hut Beyond Pepperoni pizza has been created by the brand in partnership with Beyond Meat to offer patrons a new option to try out when looking for a plant-based menu item. The pizza is crafted with a premium dough along with sauce, cheese and the namesake Beyond Pepperoni plant-based meat alternative. The pizza was co-created by the Pizza Hut and Beyond Meat culinary teams to ensure the signature taste of the brand's pizza was mimicked as closely as possible.

The Pizza Hut Beyond Pepperoni pizza is launching at 70 select test locations in the US found in New York State, Georgia, Texas and Florida. The pizza follows on the continued success of plant-based menu items being launched by major QSR brands to keep up with the changing preferences of consumers.
