Last year a set of augmented reality earbuds was announced to the world dubbed Hear Active Listening. Now, they have been put to use recently at the Coachella music festival. Two weekends packed with live music and even rowdier sounds of the crowd, there are a lot of visitors that require extra care when it comes to their hearing. Too much noise can be fairly painful.

Through these augmented reality earbuds, they are able to achieve that extra attention. Yet another feature of these hi-tech device is that it can make the music experience even better. If you're stuck at the very back of the crowd, you can amp them up in order to feel like you're right at the stage. Overall, it enhances the experience in various ways.
