This perplexing polyhedral house designed by Atelier Tekuto uses interesting roof angles to make a statement. The 'Monoclinic' home is one in a series of houses by the Japanese firm. The architectural abode can be found in a quiet residential area of Tokyo.

Strategic angling of the roof pane and careful window placement allows natural light to stream into the 5.5 meter tall, reinforced concrete living space. The windows also allow for a sweeping view of the surrounding district. The white exterior adds to the modern aesthetic of the building, while the angular design sets it apart from other houses on the block.

The geometric structure is being used to house Atelier Tekuto clients and also includes two studio apartments for rent.
