Northeast Oklahoma will soon be home to the expansive new American Heartland Theme Park and Resort, a multi-billion dollar project that's set to rival some of the best theme parks in the United States. This project is set to be built in phases, beginning with a large-scale RV park and cabins, scheduled to open in spring 2025.
This project is backed by a design team that includes more than 20 former Disney Parks builders and Walt Disney Imagineers. This sprawling world-class Americana theme park and resort is set to attract 4.9 million guests per year to Oklahoma and delight them with everything from entertaining rides and live shows to waterways and family attractions.
After the first phase of development, the theme park is slated to open the doors to its main attraction in 2026.
