Converse Canvas - All Stars By Argentinean Designers (GALLERY)

Over 100 customized sneakers will be exhibited in Mar del Plata where they will be displayed for judgment. The winning pairs will be recreated and included in the next Converse collection. Trimarchi DG, the most important design festival in South America, had a preview show in Buenos Aires. The main festival takes place in Mar del Plata, Argentina. The preview was an ideal venue for budding artists; young designers were given the chance to customize white All Star Converse sneakers. The challenge was to integrate the slogan, “The Free Expression,” and use it as as inspiration.
