Two giant German brands, automaker Mercedes and airline Lufthansa, are partnering up to create luxurious, high-end aircraft cabin concepts. These VIP cabin designs help long-haul passengers enjoy fabulous luxury tens of thousands of feet above sea level.
One of the main highlights of this design is that the ceiling, wall and floor aren't separated as is usually the case not just in aircraft cabins but in all kinds of environments. Rather, the floor, wall and ceiling flow into and fuse with each other, making it possible to take advantage of space in the best way possible.
Mercedes and Lufthansa are planning to evaluate the extent of interest in these luxurious aircraft cabin concepts in the coming months before developing them further. I know that if I were a high-powered executive, I'd love to be jetsetting around the world while sitting in a cabin like this one.
