The top 2015 Home trends highlight a variety of home design and architecture innovations that resonated best with consumers.

One area that has inspired a host of solutions is space-saving within tight urban apartments. The 'YO! Home' is an apartment design that stores the bed in the ceiling, while the dining room furniture is stored under the floorboards.

Additionally, an emphasis has been placed on home designs that create added value for residents, such as taking advantage of natural lighting or creating a natural ventilation system.
