When using a condom during sex, almost all parties involved are hoping that it is airtight when it comes to keeping all of its new tenants secure and happy in a contained space; that sentiment is provocatively explored in the Condomania ad campaign. Instead of focusing on the condom itself, it captures couples that have been vacuum-packed together. Although originally designed for futons, these vacuum-sealer bags work wonder for the Condomania ad campaign.
Shot by photographer Hal, the Condomania ad campaign was conceived and executed by the Oglivy and Mather ad agency branch based in Japan. In the accompanying video, one of the participating women says, "Gradually I start being unable to breathe, but at the same time I start feeling his existence. I want to become closer to him, I want to become one with him.”
