It isn't just children that have a hard time remembering (or, more realistically, wanting) to brush their teeth, but the Kolibree Smart Toothbrush could provide just the right amount of incentive. At least, for adults. The Kolibree Smart Toothbrush tracks people's dental habits as well as tooth-scrubbing technique in order to give concrete data on what needs improvements. In a way, it is a goal-geared system that appeals to people's desire to better themselves.
Unveiled at CES 2014, the Kolibree Smart Toothbrush boasts three different sensors: an accelerometer, compass and gyroscope. Psfk reports, "When combined, these three sensors are able to build an accurate picture of which parts of your mouth get the most attention, and which have been neglected for all these years." It connects to Android and iOS devices over Bluetooth.
