At first glance the images appear to be 8-bit renderings of a large city from some random 1980s video game, but a closer inspection shows details of a colossal LEGO construction.
The toy city was made by LEGO master engineer Mike Doyle. The builing block monument entitled 'Contact 1' took Doyle roughly about 600 hours to build and is compromised of over 200,000 pieces of LEGO blocks. The toy construction measures an outstanding five feet tall and six feet wide. The creator of this toy city is also offering DIY guides on how to estbalish your very own space city, but I doubt a lot of people are willing to spend over 600 hours to play with LEGOs.
A LEGO construction of such epic proportion is best left for display purposes and not within the grasp of some hyper active child who could end-up completely annihilating this labor of immense dedication.
