A social media enthusiast, a lover of fashion, and a huge personality for someone so small. You can find me active almost everywhere: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat - you name it!
Currently attending the University of Waterloo studying Honours Sociology Co-op, Specialization in Business and Technology, with a minor in Communication (graduating in May 2016).
I've gained numerous marketing work experience in tech startups around Toronto, Kitchener, and Waterloo. Actively seeking for full-time content marketing or social media marketing opportunities.
I may only be 5 feet tall, but I pack a huge punch of enthusiasm, positivity, and energy! I enjoy meeting new people and exploring new places, and video-documenting my experiences on my YouTube channel.
What is unique that's not in your bio?
I've been on social media since 2006 (early MySpace and Xanga days) and here I am now - active on every single social media site! From that, my passion grew into a career, and now work doesn't feel like work because it's something I absolutely love doing.
What's your favorite accomplishment?
During my solo trip to San Francisco, I was walking down the main street and came across a group of basketball fans. Embarrassingly enough, that day I was wearing my Toronto Raptors beanie - totally NOT the SF team's favourite. I was confused as to what was going on, so I asked a man standing across from them and he told me they were waiting for the Milwaukee Bucks players to go to their tour bus (they were the first team to break the SF Golden State Warriors 24-game winning streak). He told me his phone was dead, so I let him borrow my external charger. While waiting for his phone to charge, we ended up have a 2 hour conversation and he turned out to be OJ Mayo's uncle (a player on the Milwaukee Bucks' basketball team). He loved our conversation so much that he invited me to the SF Warriors vs. Bucks game that night in the Oakland Arena. 4th row on the court with post-game access to meet the players. He later told me he appreciated what a genuinely nice person I was because there aren't many people like that anymore and my personality will take me far in life. It was the most rewarding and exciting experience in my life.
