Nike is preparing for the upcoming Shark Week by releasing its Air VaporMax Plus HL silhouette in a black 'Zig-Zag' colorway. The new shoe has the nickname "The Shark," due to its contrasting white zig-zag details all across the upper. The bold designs also include the label's TPU overlay to add additional contrasting details onto the all-black base.
Nike's VaporMax unit makes a return as well in black as a foundation support beneath the traditional upper. The Air VaporMax Plus HL Zig-Zag upper, which usually has the classic "Tn" imprint, is switched out for "Vm" on the heel instead. The new Shark Week-ready sneakers have yet to be released in North America, but are currently available for purchase overseas at select stockists.
