Youth-Focused Personal Training Programs

GYMGUYZ Launches Its Kidz Fitness Program

Youth-focused personal training programs are expanding as GYMGUYZ introduces GYMGUYZ Kidz, a new fitness offering designed to reach younger clients. The launch builds on the company's existing in-home and on-site training model, creating additional opportunities for families and communities to access personalized fitness services.

Announced during the Recharge 2026 conference in Naples, Florida, the program represents a new direction for the franchise's service offerings. The event also introduced AI initiatives and educational workshops focused on improving daily operations, attracting customers, and strengthening franchise management. GYMGUYZ currently operates 177 locations across 31 states.

For franchise owners, the youth-focused expansion could attract new customer groups and create additional revenue opportunities. Combining broader fitness services with technology training and business development resources may help operators improve efficiency, strengthen local engagement, and support the company's continued growth across the United States.
