Virtual E-Bike Websites

Yamaha Launches the New Online Platform for Its Electric Bike Sales

Yamaha has recently introduced its online sales platform, enabling customers to conveniently compare and purchase a diverse range of bikes directly from the brand's official website. While premium electric bicycles are typically purchased in person, the new Yamaha platform enables consumers to peruse, compare, and purchase Yamaha's e-bikes through virtual channels.

After the purchase, these bicycles are dispatched to a designated local Yamaha e-bike dealer, where the assembly is completed before the handover to the customer. Additionally, consumers are able to select their preferred local dealer for the orchestration of e-bike assembly and delivery services.

"We are very proud to provide a truly exceptional pathway to explore, select, and bring home our customers’ perfect ride with the roll-out of this new e-commerce option. We’ve harnessed the power of digital transformation to elevate our customers’ experience and connection with our Yamaha brand," said Marcos Acosta, Yamaha Motor Corp., USA general manager of digital transformation.
