XtraMaker M1 Series Streamlines Desktop Apparel Printing

XtraMaker M1 Series is a desktop direct-to-film printer that integrates printing, powder application, shaking, curing, and air purification into a single enclosed unit. Available in standard M1 and larger M1 Pro configurations, the system supports A4 and A3+ transfer sizes for apparel decoration ranging from chest graphics to full-back prints. The printer delivers up to 1440 × 1440 DPI resolution with G7 Master-certified color accuracy and produces thin transfer films compatible with cotton, polyester, denim, silk, and other fabrics. A multi-layer filtration system captures adhesive powder while reducing fumes generated during curing.

LoopMaster technology continuously circulates and stirs white ink to reduce clogging, while an integrated UPS battery protects the printhead during power outages by automatically flushing the ink system. Additional sensors monitor machine status and consumables in real time, and the XtraMaker Studios software provides 3D garment previews and print cost estimation tools.
