The Xappr Gun brings first person shooter games to a whole new level. Instead of being chained to the living room because the gamer's gun only interacts with the television, the Xappr Gun works with smartphones for a more portable and realistic experience.
The Xappr Gun combines the popularity of motion control video games with augmented reality technology for an activity that will have boys and girls running around like actual soldiers on a mission. When combined with the upcoming game called ATK, the Xappr Gun will allow player-to-player combat. It essentially brings the idea behind Laser Tag home. Unlike most accessories, it will be compatible with iOS, Android and Windows Phone devices.
The Xappr Gun is set to debut at the International Toy Fair in Nuremberg.
