The World Beard and Mustache Championships Feature Interesting 'Dos

Las Vegas-based photographer Greg Anderson documented the wide spectrum of contenders in the 2014 World Beard and Mustache Championships held in Portland, Oregon.

Yes, it's that time of year again! Men are putting down their razors, discarding their shaving gel and letting their freak flag fly for a good cause: testicular cancer awareness. Movember has become a time-honored tradition, to the annoyance of girlfriends everywhere, and soon men all over the globe will be growing everything from a pornstar 'stache to a full beard.

These contestants, however, took it to the next level, expertly grooming their facial hair with artistry and precision. The 18 categories in the competition span "From delicate Dali mustaches to anything-goes full beard freestyles and medal-worthy mutton chops." Whatever the style, these entries are nothing short of amazing!
