From martial arts to chair yoga and pilates, there are endless options for customers to select from to fit their personal fitness needs. Instructors guide sessions through their Bluetooth headphones with customers listening through speakerphone on the other side of the glass. Instructors will be set up on fire escapes, porches, and backyards for a truly unique and engaging experience. Classes are available to individuals, families or groups living in nursing homes and community homes.
Window Workouts make professionally-guided exercise safer and more accessible to the masses, while filling the void of human connection that is lost in most online workouts.
