'A Decade Later' Reflects on What the Web Looked Like Before

If you've ever wondered what the Internet looked like before, the 'A Decade Later' infographic illustrates a picture so unrecognizable you won't believe it has only been ten years since its birth.

Sometimes we forget that the conveniences of the web have only been around for a short amount of time. By looking at how the front pages of CNN, Apple and Yahoo have changed during this time, we can see that design and functionality (among other elements) have been bettered dramatically.

The infographic starts off by shocking audiences with the sheer growth in number of web users -- from 569 million to 2.67 billion. It goes on to analyze the wildly different top search topics in both 2002 and 2012 before delving into the topic of social media, which is shown to be one of the biggest revolutions in Internet history overall.
