Wendy's Halloween drive-thru is a three-day event which is bringing back a little bit of seasonal excitement consumers lost due to social distancing regulations. While the spooky holiday may look a little different, it isn't cancelled. Brands like Wendy's are coming up with creative ways to interact with consumers while leveraging the season.
The scare-thru experience invites consumers to drive into an inflated path way that leads groups through a variety of terrifying scenes. Some of the scenes include a skeleton dinner party, a bubbling cauldron and haunted scare crows. All of this will eventually lead consumers to the drive-thru window, where they can receive their order. The first 5,000 guests will receive a free 'Boo Book' which arrives with Frosty coupons.
