Entirely Embedded Editorials

The Vogue Korea June 2012 Park Photoshoot Features Enclosed Snapshots

The Vogue Korea June 2012 Ji Hye Park photoshoot displays a series of literally embedded snapshots. The model is found encased here in faux book shelves and baskets of colorful vegetables, the very avant-garde set that would be expected of the visionary publication.

Photographer Bosung Kim captured the couture traveling trunks and wood-ensconced boats that surrounded Park's tall figure. And although unusual enough in their own right, the themes of marriage and cuisine were also worked into the scene, delivered to the viewer via a 'Just Married' sign and bushels of broccoli.

Kim and Park are revolutionizing the delivery of fashion here. The bizarre backdrops have been seldom seen in the industry, not to mention the array of fetus-like positions that Park assumed in an effortless manner.
