New Balance's X-Racer Gets a Utility Iteration with Function

New Balance designs a utility iteration of the X-Racer sneaker model with new functional updates in three colorway options. The top of the shoe features a thick tongue tag that nods to the brand's model, paired with a mesh base foundation and large rope laces as the enclosure system.

The rest of the upper is made from leather materials and utilitarian accents with geometric paneling. New Balance branding details can be seen at the sidewalls right beneath the zipper area. Right beside this is a small cargo pocket that rests on the opposing side of the shoe as a notable piece of function. The rest of the shoe has top stitching details and sits on top of the ABZORB midsole.
