Nike Basketball has released the new USA Basketball uniform to be worn by Team USA and the Nike World Basketball Festival and the FIBA Basketball World Cup.
Both the home and away versions of the new uniform feature red, white and blue hues blended together in a 26-degree speed graphic that fades into a representation of the fabled stars and stripes. before extending across the side of the shorts. The angle of the USA graphic was inspired by the chevron in Nike's classic 1978 Windrunner track jacket.
The USA Basketball uniform jersey has a flocked lining on the inside of the neck that makes it easy for players to wipe excess sweat from their faces while in the heat of battle.
