Urban Decay Tube Job Tubing Mascara is being launched with the help of Mariah the Scientist as a cosmetic product that's formulated for performance, but also skincare benefits. The product contains a reported 89% serum-based formula that's intended to wrap, lift and lengthen lashes for up to 24-hours of wear without flaking or smudging, according to the brand.
