Unified Hotel Guest Intelligence

Avalora Connects Guest Calls and Hotel Systems Through ‘CPGI’

Avalora is expanding guest-intelligence software with ‘Cross-Platform Guest Intelligence’ (CPGI), an AI-powered platform that gives hotels one view of guest requests, demand signals and operational issues. CPGI pulls information from calls and connected systems so hotels can spot revenue opportunities and respond to guest needs faster.

The platform works with ‘Avalora Cloud PBX’ or a compatible third-party PBX, and it records what guests ask for across the property and during off-site calls. It also pairs AI-generated call summaries with customizable scoring, helping managers see where service holds up and where follow-up or coaching is needed.

At ‘The Hospitality Show’ in Miami Beach, that cross-system view turns call handling into a planning tool instead of a simple support function. Hotels can use the same data to guide revenue decisions and tighten operations without moving each request through separate platforms.
