Connected Hotel Finance Platforms

Inn-Flow Integrates Its Accounting and Procurement Suite

Inn-Flow created connected capabilities across its Accounting and Procurement solutions for hotel teams. The setup brings budget, forecast, actual spend, and open purchase-order commitments into the purchasing workflow, with built-in AI-powered guidance.

Accounting serves as the single source of financial truth, while Procurement manages purchasing decisions within those guardrails. Monthly forecasts flow into Procurement, actual spend updates are recorded against the shared Chart of Accounts, and open purchase-order commitments reduce the amount still available to spend. When an invoice arrives, the system matches it to the purchase order to prevent double-counting.

That gives operators a clearer view before committing to additional purchases, helping keep decisions aligned with the budget. Inn-Flow also includes its AI Cart Optimizer and uses AI to map purchased items to the appropriate Chart of Accounts. An upcoming Inventory feature will show what teams already have before they buy more.
