The Japanese always stay on the cutting edge of technology and this Ultimate Japanese Virtual Idol proves that their advancements aren't just fixated on one subject. Created by a music group in Japan, the virtual idol is the perfect combination of their features.
Both amazing and a little freaky, the creation could easily trick you into believing it were a real girl. The Ultimate Japanese Virtual Idol was made for a promotion and has been dubbed a 16-year-old girl named Aimi Eguchi. Members of the group AKB48, a musical ensemble containing 61 girls, lent their physical attributes as well as voices and movements to create this perfect idol.
Appearing completely realistic, the virtual idol may just represent what your perfect girl would look like; at least if you were a 13-year-old pop fiend living in Japan.
Implications - The increasing number of technological advancements in the modern sphere are causing consumers to look for only the best. Products that strive for perfection and go beyond meeting the standards are the ones that will succeed on today's market. Companies could hone in on this desire for the ultimate quality in order to grow their revenue.
