Since fashion and interior design are often considered closely linked, the quirky lamps captured in the Tush 'Es Werde Licht' (Let There Be Light) editorial are not that ludicrous. That is, as long as women don't start to mimic the poses, showcasing their impeccable style with a lampshade on their head.
Shot by Armin Morbach, a photographer based in Hamburg, Germany, the Tush Es Werde Licht editorial stars model Lena. She was styled by Katrin Gerhardy, who selected light spring pieces with some shimmer and sculptural silhouettes, just like floor lamps often have themselves. An illuminating editorial to say the least, the fashion is ladylike, elegant and glamorous. The pastel shades are beautifully complemented by the retro '60s-like apartment setting used for the Tush Es Werde Licht editorial.
