The fall season is the perfect time to adopt tomboy fashion. Full of loose layers and comfy pieces, the looks are both warm and stylish, which is exactly what is needed during the cooler months. Although not necessarily sophisticated, many women will appreciate the wearing youthful outfits in order to hold onto some of the summer fun. Not to mention that this tomboy fashion editorial is a particularly useful reference for weekend style.

The tomboy fashion was styled by Roel Schagen, who focused on ripped denim, big overcoats and a lot of plaid shirts (that happen to be tired around the waist). Appearing in the October 2014 issue of Glamour Netherlands, the editorial was shot by photographer Klaas Jan Kliphuis and stars model Soekie Gravenhorst, who sports a messy hairdo and smokey eyes.
