8BitDo Reveals Tomb Raider 30th Controllers

8BitDo is producing two Tomb Raider 30th anniversary edition controllers, featuring cosmetic designs applied to its Ultimate 3 and Pro 3 gamepads. The teaser shows their silhouettes in the dark and confirms the pair as special variants of those existing models.

The short clip opens on someone playing the original Tomb Raider on a CRT TV before panning out to the two controllers, whose details remain hidden. The Ultimate 3 model is already sold in Lavender and Mossy Lagoon and is listed for $99.99 on Amazon, while the Pro 3, released last year in four colors, currently shows a price of $59.98.

Collectors and series fans get collectible, themed hardware tied to the franchise’s 30th anniversary, offering cosmetic nostalgia without changing the underlying controllers. Previous 8BitDo timelines show announcements can precede availability by months, which may inform expectations for release timing.
