Savory Tomato Cocktails

The Tomatini Cocktail is Made with Tomatoes and Vinegar

Tomatoes and vinegar are two core menu ingredients used by Mediterranean restaurant group LPM and the Tomatini is a cocktail that spotlights both of them. This cocktail made with Ketel One vodka, white balsamic vinegar, black pepper and cherry tomatoes is served with a tomato on the rim of the glass, making the experience of drinking the savory cocktail an unmistakable one. What's more, rather than being served in the usual martini glass, the Tomatini is served in an elegant coupe that shows off its unique color and texture.

When this drink first landed on the menu, Tibor Krascsenics, LPM Restaurant & Bar’s Global Bar Manager, reports that many people were initially hesitant and concerned that the cocktail would be comparable to gazpacho. But as Krascsenics says, "However, on trying it, they realized that the flavor is very delicate and fell in love.”
