The Table Collection by INSENF Explores the Dining Experience

At Esxence 2026, INSENF launched The Table Collection, treating fragrance lovers to a trio inspired by food, cooking, and gastronomy. "Cooking and perfumery are closer than we think, two arts sharing the very same ingredients," shared the brand. "Just as a meal unfolds from starter to dessert, a perfume reveals itself from its opening notes to its drydown. On the skin, it becomes a small course meal, served over time.” The Table Collection consists of Leaf Crush, Vanille Glacé and Blue Flame, each of which explores a unique facet of the dining experience.

Green, aromatic Leafy Crush has vibrant top notes of yuzu, lemongrass and green grape, a heart with tea and honey, and a grounding base with touches of white musk, earthy patchouli and oakmoss. Vanille Glacé is a true gourmand inspired by marron glacé—but this interpretation of chestnut candied in syrup replaces the nutty component with vanilla. Finally, Blue Flame is a tribute to post-dinner drinks sipped to support digestion.

Gastronomy-inspired Fragrance
Culinary storytelling in perfumery creates room for scent collections that mirror full dining rituals, from aperitif freshness to dessert-like drydowns.
Multi-course Scent Design
Fragrances structured like tasting menus signal potential for more experiential product formats that unfold sequentially on skin and deepen consumer engagement.
Gourmand Ingredient Reinvention
Unexpected translations of ingredients such as marron glacé, digestive drinks, and leafy aromatics introduce new sensory territories beyond conventional sweet gourmand profiles.
