The QTVan Can Be Towed via Electric Mobility Scooter
Michael Hines — April 25, 2011 — Autos
I can only imagine what Florida's roadways would look like if the QTVan became widely available. The QTVan is a new caravan (trailer) from the UK-based Environmental Transport Association that is designed with seniors in mind.
The QTVan may be small, but it packs a ton of goodies including a 6-foot, full-size bed, a 19-inch color LCD TV and a space for a kettle/bar. The trailer is designed to be pulled by a mobility scooter that can hit speeds of up to 5 mph. If you're looking to make grandma's day by hooking her up with the only trailer that can be pulled by a Rascal, prepare to pony up some big cash. The QTVan is listed at $9,000, not including the price of the scooter.
