Textus by Seung Hoon Parks, an artist hailing from Seoul, South Korea, is an ongoing art exhibit that showcases uniquely weaved images. Originally created three years ago, the stunning series has expanded greatly to include even more iconic landmarks from around the world. Although there are a slew of images from famous paintings to common postcards of such sights, his take is much more original.

Essentially, the images that make up Textus by Seung Hoon Parks are created using strips of 8mm or 16mm film. These strips are weaved together to form what can be described as a tapestry or collage. Interestingly, Parks adds another dimension by photographing the work. While it looks tactile, this last step also makes it feel flat.
