Tesla has released a Chinese New Year-focused software update for its Tesla vehicles, and an accompanying accessory named the 'TeslaMic.' The update builds upon a previous built-in karaoke feature on the dashboard console named 'Caraoke.' The karaoke feature has its own roster of songs and videos built-in, and it can also connect to various video and music streaming devices.
The TeslaMic connects to the console, allowing individuals to sing into the mic and have the audio outputted into the vehicle's speakers. With the combination of the TeslaMic and Caraoke features, Tesla owners can satisfyingly celebrate any holiday, such as Lunar New Year, with their whole family while on the go. The only consideration for the TeslaMic is that the driver should not participate in Caraoke while driving, for safety reasons.
