Tesla Launches a Powerful New Update for its Mobile App

Tesla has unveiled the newest update of its Tesla App, giving owners access to improved insights that detail their vehicle's battery pack and much more. The latest update to the app, which the carmaker often deploys, offers enhancements to the charging tab. During the colder seasons, Tesla will show the battery percentage that cannot be charged on the charging slider if the battery pack is too cold. Moreover, the tick marks are now constantly visible at 10% intervals.
In addition, Manage Payment and History now supports a new ‘Membership’ option to manage your membership or charge non-Teslas. Users can sign up, cancel, or renew their charging membership in this menu. Last but not least, Tesla is introducing a new function dubbed 'Drive on Sunshine' to assist residents with rooftop solar to charge their Tesla vehicles with extra solar power.
