Though exercising can be super addictive, starting in the first place is the hardest part, so the Teemo fitness app looks to make it more exciting by incorporating a travel experience along the way.
The app is a workout coach that shows you what moves to do and for how many repetitions -- all you need is a little bit of time and no equipment. The interactive bit is accessed right at the beginning of the routine, as you are expected to pick an exploration route (do you fancy Mount Everest or Paris?). This route will guide you through actions in the context of what you would experience on your travels, for example, a lunge would be called for because you are struggling to pick up the weight of your many bags. Your progress is then mapped on an interactive map!
The beauty of Teemo is that you can perform these exercises anywhere (while also imagining you are everywhere else).
