India's car giant Tata has officially revealed its new efficient car, Tata Pixel, at the Geneva Motor Show, 2011. The car is specially built for the European cities, and is ideal for small families.
Based on Tata's Nano, Pixel is loaded with advanced technology, making it the world's most efficient four seater.
Some key features of Tata Pixel include human-machine interface concept from Tata Motors allowing the users to control the car's function through smart phone, Zero Turn toroidal traction-drive Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) for easy manoeuvring and parking in congested places, scissor doors allowing passengers to enter and exit with ease, low friction design turbocharged engine with triple cylinder and low rolling-resistance tires with stop-start technology for a fuel efficient and emission-free ride.
