The buzzworthy "farm-to-taco" concept, Tacodeli, recently launched a seasonal July menu highlighting farm-fresh ingredients. Known as its 'Specials of the Moment,' the new menu reaffirms Tacodeli's commitment to bringing ethically produced ingredients to consumers.
One of the new items on Tacodeli's July menu is the Cowboy Madruguero, which combines grilled, dry-rubbed beef tenderloin with caramelized onions, roasted peppers, grilled corn, guacamole, queso fresco, and scrambled eggs for a hearty breakfast meal. The ingredients in the dish are sourced from Vital Farms, which aims to "bring ethically produced food to the table by coordinating a collection of family farms."
The Cowboy Madruguero is also joined by the Lomito Adobado, which features adobo-marinated grilled pork tenderloins sourced from the small Tenderbelly farm, which raises 100% Berkshire pigs.
