Students of hip-hop, class is now in session with the Periodic Table of Hip-Hop, from Pop Chart Lab.
Made in conjunction with A3C, this table of hip-hop contains 223 MCs that comprise the elemental building blocks of hip-hop. Each artist has their own unique symbol: "Dr" for Dre, "D" for Drake, and "A$" for A$ap Rocky, just to name a few. In addition to their notation, each hip-hop artist also has an accompanying image, their name, a symbol indicating what coast they're from, the year of their first release, and a color key indicating what genres of hip-hop they've worked in.
With a healthy mixture of old and new artists, the Periodic Table of Hip-Hop will help you to bone up on your hip-hop knowledge before the big test.
