Cafe Valley Debuted a new 'Swirled Batter' Collection of Bundt Cakes

'Cafe Valley' has debuted three new flavors for its bundt cake collection that use a special "swirled batter" technique. Bundt cakes are cakes that have been prepared in a special pan that resembles a large donut, called a "bundt." Cafe Valley's line of Bundt cakes currently includes seven diverse flavors, such as lemon, chocolate, or pumpkin. The three new swirled batter flavors are 'triple citrus swirl,' 'chocolate espresso,' and 'raspberry white chocolate swirl.'

The special batter preparation technique involves swirling a knife or flat edge in the batter in the pan to mix different flavors and colors together. The result is a marbled cake that has swirls of different flavors and colors, as opposed to a uniform single-colored batter. Cafe Valley stated that the three new swirled batter flavors were selected in order to appeal to customer demand.
