Sweat and Tonic's New Yorkville Location Combined Fitness & Community

Toronto's fitness scene is getting another major upgrade as Sweat and Tonic prepares to open its third location in Yorkville on November 21, 2026. Spanning 18,000 square feet, the new wellness destination brings boutique fitness, recovery, and social connection together under one roof, offering a space where Torontonians can work out, unwind, and even get some work done.

The location will offer approximately 300 weekly classes across cycling, hot yoga, Pilates, Lagree, and strength training, including Toronto's first high-capacity group strength studio with 48 spots. Beyond the workout, guests can enjoy infrared and high-heat saunas, cold plunges, and Tonic House, an elevated members' lounge and co-working space.

With introductory packages selling out in just 30 minutes, the launch reflects growing enthusiasm for wellness destinations that double as social hubs, blending fitness, recovery, and community into everyday routines.
