Super Mario Bros. Avenue is located in the housing development of Arcosur. Arcosur is a housing development targeted at first-time home buyers between the ages of 25 and 35. The neighborhood plans to dedicate many more streets to video games such as Zelda, Space Invaders and Sonic The Hedgehog.
