Lush's New is a stress-relieving shampoo bar, designed to "motived [...] tired scalps with stimulating clove and cinnamon oils, and a peppermint infusion." The brand created this aromatic and calming blend as an answer to the stressful environments individuals often find themselves in during their day-to-day. The stress-relieving shampoo bar also features rosemary and nettles which help soothe irritated scalp and leave hair shiny.

New is part of Lush's #BeCrueltyFree initiative which seeks to "encourages everyone to join the conversation about ending animal testing once and for all." The product is also packaging-free and part of Lush's 'Naked!' series. The brand notes that one bar of New can substitute up to three 250 ml bottles of liquid shampoo, meaning it is water-preserving, as well.
