The Campari Stay Bitter Capsule Collection has been launched in celebration of Negroni Week (September 22 to 28, 2025) to encourage consumers to embrace their love of the signature bitter cocktail.

The capsule collection is arriving with the help of actress Sarah Michelle Gellar who is a self-proclaimed connoisseur of bitter cocktails. The collection boasts a crewneck sweater, hat and tote bag each emblazoned with the slogan 'Stay Bitter' as a cheeky nod to the classic cocktail. The collection is priced ranging from $40 to $70 with proceeds going to support the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund.

Gellar commented on the Campari Stay Bitter Capsule Collection saying, "For me, a perfect night out calls for a bold Negroni. My friends even call me the 'bitter connoisseur'.
