Sony Launches Its Loudest X-Series Speaker Yet, the 'SRS-VX900'

Sony has added a new speaker to its 'X-Series' lineup, the powerful 'SRS-XV900.' The new unit, which is being promoted at the ultimate party speaker, is set to go on pre-order today on Sony's website.
The new speaker features a tower design that is very similar to the brand's SRS-XP500 and XP700. However, at 34 inches tall and 54 pounds, this model is taller, heavier, and more powerful than other SRS speakers. In addition, the new speaker features a three-way omnidirectional layout that comes equipped with nine drivers. These include five front-firing drivers, two side-firing tweets, and two rear-firing tweeters.
What's more, the SRS-XV900 also comes with inputs for plugging in microphones and guitars, making it an ideal crossover unit for musicians.
