Retro-Style Bookshelf Speakers

This Conceptual Speaker Bookend by Jonas Daehnert is Foldable

This conceptual speaker bookend has been designed by Jonas Daehnert as a functional addition to any bookshelf that's ready to offer access to your favorite audio at leisure.

The speaker was designed as part of the Render Weekly Instagram Competition and boasts an orange-colored finish that will blend in neatly with books. The speaker takes cues from the Teenage Engineering computer-1 and features a folding construction with a removable main unit in the rear. A physical control switch on the front allows for it to be turned on and off.

The conceptual speaker bookend will connect to your choice of device via Bluetooth to allow for music, podcast or even audiobook streaming. The device hides in plain sight and is thus great for open-concept or small urban homes where compact solutions to support everyday lifestyles are essential.
